    Faysal Exchange brings you an exciting opportunity to turn your transactions into rewards! From September to December 2025, customers can participate in our “Exchange & Win” Incentive Campaign and get a chance to win exciting prizes simply by exchanging foreign currency.

    How to Participate

    • Sell a minimum of USD 500 or equivalent foreign currency into PKR at any Faysal Exchange branch.
    • Each qualifying transaction earns you an entry into our lucky draw.
    • The higher your transaction, the greater your chances of winning!

    What You Can Win

    Weekly Prizes:

    A brand-new smartphone for one lucky winner every week.

    Grand Prize:

    An Electric Bike (EV) to be given away at the end of the campaign.

    Campaign Duration

    September – December 2025:

    Winners will be announced weekly, with the Grand Prize winner revealed in December 2025.

    Terms & Conditions

    • Only customers selling foreign currency of $500 or equivalent into PKR will qualify for the lucky draw.
    • A customer who has already won a smartphone cannot win another smartphone.
    • Winners have 5 days to collect their prize; otherwise, the entry is void.
    • Faysal Exchange will record a testimonial of the customer, and will utilize it for marketing purposes with consent of the customer.
    • EV Bike to be awarded at the end of the campaign (Week 13).
    • Taxes, registration, and transportation of the EV Bike shall not be the responsibility of Faysal Exchange.
    • All smartphone winners remain eligible for the EV Bike draw.
    • Faysal Exchange shall not be liable for any loss and/or damages, whether monetary or otherwise, suffered by you resulting from participation in the Campaign.
    • Faysal Exchange may, at its sole and absolute discretion, accept or reject your claim, without any explanation, and it shall not, in any manner, whatsoever, be questioned and/or objected by you.
    • Faysal Exchange has the exclusive right, in its sole direction, to suspend the Campaign and/or amend its terms, at any time and without prior notice.
    • Original prize item may vary from the picture shown
    • For any warranty claim customer will contact directly with the authorized dealer
    • Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment
    • Responsibility for collection of prize and any other associated costs such as transportation, insurance, vehicle registration, etc. will be the sole responsibility of the winner
